I am currently at 165.8 lbs.  I weighed 208.8 lbs. when I started and reached 216.4 lbs. after the loading days.  That is over 50 lbs. from my highest weight and 43 lbs. weight loss from mys starting weight.  I have also lost 24 1/8 inches as well.  Here is the breakdown:
